Since 1997, our products have been featured in various western magazines, including Cowboys & Indians, Town & Country, Coastal Living, True West, and Cowgirl Magazine: The famous chocolate tamales, discovered and introduced by Outfitter Stores member store Frontier Outfitter, have been featured on the Food Network TV channel. The famous Tootie Pies, discovered by Outfitter Stores, have been featured in numerous publications, newspapers and magazines, such as Texas Monthly and the New York Times. Our twisted wire marshmallow sticks with cedar handles are popular all over the country, including Hollywood celebrities. Steven Spielberg's Dreamworks Studio has purchased a large supply of the marshmallow sticks for one of their ranch parties. Over the years, many of our products received excellence awards. Most recently, Outfitter Stores member store, Frontier Outfitters, has been voted by True West Magazine "Best Western Home Shopping Online".

Outfitter Stores' beginnings go back to 1997, when the first store - Frontier Outfitters - was opened in a small Texas Hill Country town of Medina. Surrounded by the spectacular local arts and crafts, the idea was born to provide local artisans and designers a venue, in which to showcase their work, while making the venue easily accessible worldwide. This is how the wonderful journey of Frontier Outfitters started. Very early, already in 1998, Frontier Outfitters launched their first online store offerring a wide selection of products to customers throughout the USA and abroad.  Over the years, several exclusive product lines were successfully developed by Outfitter Stores in cooperation with major bedding and home designers. Encouraged by the success of Frontier Outfitters, in 2008 Outfitter Stores expanded into the world of contemporary and modern home decor with the online store CenterpieceZoo.Com, which in 2011 became Modern Outfitters. Although still "young", we are hoping Modern Outfitters will follow the success of Frontier Outfitters, constantly expanding the contemporary product line and continuously offerring best quality home products of unique and unordinary modern design.
